How is an active entity counted?

Any vendor, customer, distributor or contractor that is onboarded or under continuous monitoring during the billing month counts once, regardless of how many documents it holds.

Are verification checks billed separately?

Standard PAN, GST, CIN and bank validations are included in your plan. High-volume or specialised checks are quoted transparently before you switch them on.

Can we start with onboarding only?

Yes. Most teams begin with onboarding and verification, then enable contracts, credit and compliance monitoring as the programme matures.

Is there an implementation fee?

Starter and Growth include guided setup. Enterprise rollouts with custom entity types, integrations or migrations are scoped separately.
